Registered Psychologist
“Life is tough” - reading that phrase might really resonate with you, but it might also seem like the understatement of the year because in fact, life feels impossible and unbearable. Or maybe, you feel that the word “tough” is too strong and life is actually going ok, but there are some rough spots you could use help with. No matter where you are in life, what’s happening, or how challenging you may find it, you are never too broken for help and you deserve to be supported. Reaching out is a great first step and then together, we can make a plan based on your goals for therapy that will complement the uniqueness of you.
I regularly work with children and adults who need support with ADHD, anxiety, ASD, emotional regulation, giftedness, OCD, parenting, friendships, school challenges, specific phobias, and trauma. I work from a person-centred approach and draw from humanistic, attachment, and solution-focused therapies as well as ERP, EMDR, CBT, narrative, and play therapy.
Outside of work, you’ll find me playing with my niblings, spending time in nature, reading a book, learning something new, watching (aka bingeing) the latest TV series I’m obsessed with, playing a cozy game on my switch, or playing with my pets. I look forward to learning more about you, so feel free to reach out to see if I’m the right fit for you!
