Registered Provisional Psychologist
Everyone has problems in their lives, as much as they would like to have you believe they don't. Sometimes a problem is so close to us that the rest of our lives become obscured. I aim to provide a new perspective on the difficulties you face, and help you uncover the abilities that you already have that will allow you to overcome those difficulties. I strongly believe in a person’s right and ability to choose. You can learn to choose to engage in thoughts and behaviours that will propel you towards your goals, and I want to empower you by helping you explore your strengths and uncover solutions to problems that work for you.
As a husband and father, I understand that sometimes taking time for yourself can be challenging, inconvenient, and, at times, seemingly impossible. However, working through your problems can enhance your ability to be present and find greater joy in your life now. Please, reach out so that I can help you now, so you can get on living how you want to live.
Outside of work, you can find me wrangling my three small children, trying to get my dogs to stop barking at the people walking outside (sorry if that's you), and trying to fix my slice golfing (I am taking suggestions). I look forward to meeting soon.
